Björn Jakob Müller studied physics at the Philipps-University in Marburg with the focus on semi-conductor physics. He finished his studies in 2011 with his diploma thesis in the field of epitaxial growth of graphene layers written at the Material Science Center in Marburg. During his time at the corporate research of the Robert Bosch GmbH in Stuttgart, he has dealt with the growth and characterization of thin film solar cells. In the automotive electronics development of the Robert Bosch GmbH in Reutlingen, he has dealt with the assembly and interconnection technology of control units with special focus on ceramic-based power substrates. Björn Jakob Müller is a member of the German Physical Society (DPG).
