KEIL & SCHAAFHAUSEN is a partnership of patent attorneys rich in tradition in Frankfurt/Main specializing in industrial property. Our clients include well-known national and international companies.
We are looking for a
foreign language correspondent (fulltime)
to join our young team.
After your Abitur (or equivalent graduation) you successfully finished training as a foreign language correspondent, paralegal or in a similar profession and were already able to gain some initial professional experience. You are capable of formulating standard office correspondence in English and German independently. Ideally, you have previous experience in managing deadlines and follow-ups and/or in trademark and patent procedure. You have a very good command of English and possibly an additional foreign language and are experienced in working with MS Office programs. Professional telephone communication rounds off your personal profile.
Your tasks include handling standard procedures in German and English independently, text processing and writing from dictation, managing and controlling deadlines, managing follow-ups and invoicing, among others.
We offer interesting and varied work in a friendly, interdisciplinary and professional team and are aiming for a long-term working relationship. We will, of course, provide extensive on-the-job training in the field of intellectual property rights administration. After an initial training period, your salary will be based on your individual performance. Thanks to our electronic time recording system you can organize your working hours flexibly. We offer a modern, well-equipped workplace in one of the most attractive neighbourhoods of Frankfurt/Main. Further, we will pay your costs for public transport to and from our office within the RMV region (annual ticket) and we actively support work-life balance.
We are looking forward to meeting you for an interview.
