Johann-Christoph Gaedertz advises national and international companies of all sizes in all areas of the protection of intellectual property and in unfair competition law with special emphasis on trademarks and design patents. He has extensive experience in complex litigation at many German courts and arbitration panels. Johann-Christoph has special industry knowledge in the areas of media and entertainment, telecoms, branded goods and automotive. He is a member of GRUR, the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V. (i.e. German cartel lawyers association) and is active in the ICC. Johann-Christoph Gaedertz is married and has five children.
