Jakob F. Dämmer advises on all aspects of intellectual property, competition law as well as antitrust law. Before entering Keil & Schaafhausen, he had worked for two years for an international law firm in Frankfurt, Germany. He thus gained particular expertise in competition law, especially in defending companies against claims of competitors or consumer-associations.
A further focus of his practice is advising on and managing litigation relating to intellectual property rights, especially trademarks, designs and copyright. He is a member of GRUR and writes comments on judgments published in law journals.
