Frieder Humpert studied Mechanical Engineering with focus on product engineering and mechatronics during his master programme at the Karlsruhe Institute for Technology and with focus on energy plant construction during his bachelor programme at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg. In 2019 he finished his studies with his master thesis at the Institute for Product Engineering (IPEK) in Karlsruhe, where he was previously part of a product development project in cooperation with the Mahle GmbH. During his studies, he also worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Automation and Applied Informatics with robots for the sorting of biological model organisms and at the Institute for Measurement and Control Systems with model tests. In 2019, Frieder Humpert started as a trainee at KEIL & SCHAAFHAUSEN to become German and European patent attorney. In 2022 and 2023 he passed the German patent attorney examination and the European qualifying examination. Frieder Humpert is a member of GRUR and the Federal Association of German Patent Attorneys (Bundesverband Deutscher Patentanwälte e.V.).
